1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pph44.vu, creating an account, or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This includes any policies linked from these Terms, such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

These Terms apply to all use of pph44 regardless of the device you access it from — desktop browser, mobile browser, or the Android app available at /download.

2 Eligibility

To register and use pph44, you must meet all of the following requirements:

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active pph44 account. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

pph44 reserves the right to carry out identity verification at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. This verification process (KYC) requires you to submit a valid government-issued ID and may include additional supporting documents as requested.

Providing false information at any stage — during registration, during KYC, or at any other time — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and the voiding of any outstanding balance.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pph44 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits are funded through local Philippine bank transfer and online banking channels. pph44 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit methods.

Withdrawals are processed to a Philippine bank account held in the verified name of the registered player. Withdrawals requested to third-party accounts will not be processed. Before your first withdrawal, KYC verification must be completed in full.

Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on your bank and the volume of requests at the time. Typical timelines are described in the Withdrawal section of the platform. pph44 does not guarantee processing within specific timeframes but endeavours to process requests as quickly as operationally practical.

A minimum withdrawal amount applies. Players should check current limits in their account's Cashier section. pph44 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual or that significantly exceed a player's standard activity patterns.

5 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available in the pph44 Game Lobby — including Slot Games, Fish Games, live casino, eBingo, and Sports Betting — are subject to individual game rules displayed within each game interface.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round or bet settlement, pph44's internal records will be used to determine the outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the affected bet or game round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pph44:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display bugs to gain an advantage.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes in multiplayer game formats.
• Placing bets designed to exploit promotional offers outside their intended terms.

Confirmed violations will result in account suspension, voiding of affected winnings, and potential legal action where warranted.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

pph44 may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback arrangements, or other incentive programs to players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. General bonus terms include the following principles:

7 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pph44 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it.

pph44 employs SSL encryption and OTP-based login verification for new device access. These measures protect your account from unauthorised access at the platform level. However, they do not substitute for the player's own responsibility to use strong passwords and secure devices.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pph44 support immediately and change your password. We recommend using a unique password not used on any other platform.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

pph44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false identity or KYC documentation.
• Operation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Underage play or suspected underage play.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the Responsible Gaming process.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach, any verified and eligible balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's verified Philippine bank account after applicable checks are completed.

10 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or connectivity issues on the player's end.

pph44 is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including loss of winnings due to technical errors where the platform's records show the error predates a completed transaction.

Our total liability to any individual player in any given calendar month shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player during the same period, except in cases of wilful misconduct by pph44.

11 Changes to These Terms

pph44 reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players through their registered contact details.

Continued use of the pph44 platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure through our support team.
